**What You Will Be Doing**
You will be working with the passionate Allied Health teams in At Home Subacute. This service aims to keep people out of hospital, by providing their rehabilitation in the home. You will have an opportunity to work with the full multidisciplinary allied health team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers, Psychologists and Dietitians. Clients within At Home Subacute have a wide variety of health conditions.
**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:
- Certificate 4 in Allied Health Assistant
- Demonstrated experience as a grade 2 AHA
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
- Capacity to work independently and autonomously in the community
