**About the Position**:
In our client’s Bookkeeping Services division, your role as a bookkeeper is of great importance. You will provide crucial financial support to a diverse clientele. Working closely with our expert team, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise without sacrificing your personal fulfilment. Your unwavering attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and commitment to precision will play a pivotal role in delivering unmatched service.

**Position Overview**:
In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising accounts receivable and payable.
- Managing labour hire payroll, including employee entitlements.
- Preparing Quarterly BAS & Monthly PAYG.
- Compiling and reviewing P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
- Supporting monthly reconciliations.
- Collaborating on General Ledger and bank account audits when necessary.
- Handling general data entry tasks such as invoices, payments, incoming receipts, costing, and more.
- Providing ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
- Being flexible in offering ad hoc assistance to senior management.

**Your Profile**:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following essential criteria:

- Accumulated two to three years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software.
- Display professionalism when interacting with both customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team.
- Reliability with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to establish and manage a cloud-based accounting system.
- Ability to create and interpret spreadsheets to support a growing enterprise.
