We are seeking to put together a Cyber Team comprising of:

- Systems Development Manager
- 1 Systems Designer
- 1 Solution Architect
- 1 Project Manager.

The team will be predominantly based on-site in Canberra and will have the opportunity to do some limited work from home where the project allows.

**Essential criteria**
- Ability to define, document, and carry out projects or reviews, including being able to understand and discuss technical capability and technology solutions.
- Ability to perform capability and requirements analysis, detailing the current state and determining capability needs to reach the future/intended state.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to capture needs across the technical, process and resource domains.
- Ability to prepare reports including the presentation of findings and proposed solutions.
- High-level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite products including: aWord: styles, formatting, templates.
- Excel: referential formulae, financial planning and actuals records.
- PowerPoint: professional slide decks for Executive briefings; master layout changes.
- Project: schedule maintenance and analysis.

**Desirable criteria**
- Qualifications in program/ project management methodologies (E.g. PRINCE2, Agile2, PMP, etc.)
- Qualifications in system lifecycle management frameworks (E.g. ITIL, COBIT5, ISO 27001: Lead Implementer, etc.)
- Qualifications in enterprise/technology architecture (TOGAF, SABSA, Zachman, etc.)
- Industry qualifications or certifications in technology products/domains (E.g. computing technologies, cloud certifications, software architecture/development qualifications, etc.)
