**THE ROLE**

We are seeking caring Disability Support Workers that are looking for a long and rewarding career with us.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Assisting to access the community and social programs
- e.g. Medical appointments, Shopping and/or social outings AND assisting clients with daily activities.

**REQUIREMENTS**

To be considered for this role you must have the below mandatory requirements:

- You must be willing and able to be on call and pick up shifts at short notice
- You **must be a reliable**, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours.
- A current driver’s license and access to vehicle with a comprehensive insurance that you can use for work purposes and be available for shifts.
- Willing to complete both NDIS Orientation Module((**free of charge**) and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia.

- You can obtain ongoing shifts and possibly part-time/full time
- You will be reimbursed for travel over 30 minutes

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

- Footscray VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
