The Opportunity

TOO GOOD BAKERS' is seeking an experienced Cafe FOH Manager to join our team in Aberfeldie, VIC. As the Cafe FOH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all front-of-house operations, including customer service, order processing, and cash handling
  • Supervise and train a team of friendly and efficient cafe staff
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are maintained throughout the cafe
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to align front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Implement and monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Cafe FOH Manager or Supervisor role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and OH&S regulations
