We are currently looking for a bright enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our practice team. It is a casual Position for 2-3 days (morning shift 8.30am-2pm and arvo shift 1.30pm-6.30pm with) and additional hours required to fill for sick leave or Annual Leave. Weekend shifts also available. ( Saturday 1.45pm-6pm) Sunday ( 8.45am-1.45pm). Please note NO loading for weekend shifts. Must be available for Weekend shifts.

**-APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY AND TUESDAY SHIFTS.**

THIS IS A CASUAL position leading upto a PERMANENT PART TIME after the probation if needed.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in Best Practice software desirable
- **UNPAID Training can be provided if required.**
- Experience in handling work cover desirable
- Experience in MEDICAL reception work
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic

**- MUST BE flexible** with work hours and **available for weekend shifts**
- Ability to work both independently with initiative; and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Well presented
- Maintaining confidentiality in all dealings with patient information
- Strong customer service focus
- Confident and energetic
- Ability to build rapport with patients and doctors
- Great team working skills with the ability to self-direct
- Any other administrative duties as directed by Practice Manager
The Successful applicant would be required to start training immediately.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
