**About the Role**

As our new **Marketing Planner**, you’ll own and manage the **business marketing calendar** and be the **go-to marketing expert**. You’ll work alongside sales, operations, and leadership to bring brand promotions, product launches, and creative initiatives to life.

This role requires strong multi-channel marketing knowledge, hands-on campaign execution, and excellent planning and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the planning and delivery of product promotions, homepage banners, and branded content
- Mailchimp campaign design, build, segmentation, and scheduling
- Maintain our marketing calendar and asset library (images, templates, tiles)
- Brief and manage internal/external creatives and developers as needed
- Support new product releases, seasonal campaigns, gifting, and upsell initiatives
- Collaborate on content, communication plans, and tactical campaigns

**Some good to haves.**
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience or Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Hands-on experience with **Mailchimp**, **Canva/Adobe**:

- Great campaign planning, and communication skills
- Retail or promotional marketing experience is highly regarded

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
