**The role**
We have an outstanding opportunity for Marketing Specialist to join the team. This is a rare chance to combine your passion and knowledge with your Marketing experience whilst progressing your career.
This position is instrumental in offering comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, managing and assisting with our CRM and digital marketing platforms, ensuring accurate data entry and coordinating the logistics for various marketing events.
**Key responsibilities**:
Major duties and responsibilities of the Contract Administrator
- Planning, developing, organizing and implementing marketing programs and advertising policies, opportunities and campaigns to support sales objectives and business growth of the company.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Oversee the development, distribution, and maintenance of all point of sale (POS) materials, including signage, displays, coolers and promotional items
- Assessing market opportunities by research to Identify and advising on all elements of marketing in -line product mix, pricing, Advertising and sales promotion, selling and distribution channels
- Develop eye-catching displays and promotional materials to enhance product presentation.
- Support Retailer Partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities from existing campaigns.
- Seek and provide information to help company to determine their position in the marketplace.
- Gather data on competitors and analyse their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
- Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication programs and strategies.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analysing collected data.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Manage communications budget and survey commissioning market.
- Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
- Direct trained survey interviewers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree with previous experience of 2 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work well with team, and also independently.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Permanent Residents or citizens of Australia will be preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
