Through our dedicated and caring team, we offer dignified farewells for much loved family pets through our best-practice cremation services and pet crematoriums. **About the role** The Client Care Coordinator position is a key customer service role based in our Lonsdale office. Your duties: - Coordinate and schedule pet aftercare bookings with both the public and vet clinics - Assist clients who bring pets to our premises - Prepare our viewing facilities for client visits - Work closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to ensure we deliver on our promises, every time, every day - Carry out accurate data entry and payment processing tasks - Undertake general office administration duties as needed. - Be able to support our clients over the phone with an empathetic, caring and professional phone manner - Have exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of writing skills - Be a supportive and positive team member with a "can do" attitude - Be reliable, organised and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business - Have the desire and ability to learn new skills and absorb knowledge quickly - Have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is essential) - Be physically fit as this role will require handling deceased pets from time to time - Be fully COVID vaccinated **What we offer** - Our strong people-first culture - Birthday leave - On-site parking - InvoCare Employee Share Program - Employee Assistance Program - Free annual flu vaccination We pride ourselves on being caring, down to earth and professional.
