Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Supervisor located in Adelaide, SA, with the flexibility to progress into the business. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily on-site tasks, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors, conducting inspections, ensuring construction safety, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
• Expertise in conducting Inspections and ensuring Construction Safety
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget or trade background
• Relevant certifications or training in construction management are a plus
• Valid driving license
