**About the role
The Future Network Training Lead will lead future network project training elements, partnered with our change team, under one of the most dynamic business areas within our eComX platform - Future Network and Smart Fulfilment, tasked with bringing together Business Units from across the Group and contributing to a leading global online fulfilment capability.
You will also partner with key stakeholders both internally across the WooliesX ecosystem and Woolworths Group, and externally with our automation partners to drive the right level of awareness and engagement, with the right people, at the right time.
**Responsibilities
- Developing, planning and implementing a project-specific training strategy, including training needs assessment, curriculum planning, scheduling, content development and facilitation of training sessions.
- Partnering with our change team to ensure the alignment and effective deployment of change management plans and messages
- Developing a holistic training plan that provides a holistic, blended learning experience for end users that sees capability uplift across behaviour, change, technology and ways of working.
- Translate process maps and other process documentation into effective training materials and communication artefacts to accelerate end user adoption and increase knowledge and capability.
- Build long term trusted relationships with our customers and internal team members by addressing any issues, resolving conflicts, and exceeding expectations for successful adoption.
- Measuring and assessing what success looks like and providing recommendations on iteration and improvement to build best of breed training and change proposition for evolution and reuse across future fulfilment sites.
- Building long-term trusted relationships with Group wide stakeholders and team members.
- Developing tools and templates to help stakeholders cascade appropriate information effectively and efficiently.
- Working closely with our Change and Communication teams to drive consistency of messaging and to leverage efficiencies where it makes sense.
**Experience and skills
- Experience developing, planning and delivering on training, change and/or communications strategies.
- Experience includes training needs assessment, curriculum planning, scheduling and content development.
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging and customised end user learning aids that use a blended learning approach that is holistic across behaviours, skill, technology and release planning strategy.
- A team player mentality who enjoys building the skills and capabilities of others.
- Experience in an agile environment.
- Be comfortable delivering and facilitation of training and change in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- A high level of interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, plus internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to articulate solutions and influence others.
- Exemplary stakeholder engagement skills to drive adoption activities and metrics for success.
- Ability to work in an autonomous and self-directing environment.
**Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google suite.
- Qualifications in change management, communications, marketing or similar.
- Skills and/or qualifications in training facilitation.
- Some experience with curating content for use across various channels e.g. video, internal social channels etc.
- Understanding of Retail operations and/or logistics fundamentals.
- Online fulfilment and/or automation experience.
- Project Management experience.
