We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive **HSE Administrator **to support services to the Major Projects Technical Advisory HSE Technical Director - through operational reporting, compliance and maintenance of the Safety Management System (SMS).

This role would suit someone who has a strong administration background and eager to grow into a health and safety Administrator role, and has a dedication to administrative processes, improvements, and general safety.

**Reporting directly to the Major Projects HSE Technical Director and **working closely with the **general HSE and Site Access Teams **, this role has great variety and will see you undertake some of the following responsibilities**:

- Project HSE Induction coordination & management
- Coordinating and prioritise all HSE related bookings
- Coordinate Site Safety Supervisor training courses & interviews
- Coordinate the Site Access Permit requests for “Field Site Access”
- Prepare and manage monthly HSE reports, specific safety client report and HSE master spreadsheet
- Monthly PPE stock check and applicable ordering
- Support safety initiatives, health seminars, flu vacs etc
- Providing all round administrative support to the team as and when required

**What would you bring to the team**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration role
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to balance competing priorities
- The ability to exercise sound judgement and decisiveness
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
