**About the role**

Join our dynamic marketing team as we seek a talented individual to drive our SEO & CRO strategy to new heights. As the SEO & CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of SEO & CRO, from technical optimisations to content enhancements, leveraging our CMS platform. Supported by both internal resources and external agencies, you'll have the freedom to execute ambitious campaigns and initiatives.

Key priorities:

- Work alongside a Senior Product Manager to evolve Youi's long-term SEO strategy to boost website visibility and search engine ranking, managing content through our CMS.
- Advocate for SEO integration in marketing initiatives, collaborating with agency partners and providing keyword recommendations for enhanced search performance.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor website performance, implement technical enhancements, and adapt strategies to user behaviour.
- Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimisation, conducting A/B tests and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a seamless user journey.
- Employ tools like heatmaps and user surveys to gain insights into user preferences, monitoring key conversion metrics for actionable insights.
- Strike a balance between SEO and CRO optimisation efforts for intentional outcomes.

**Ways of Working**

This role provides a hybrid setup, based at our Sunshine Coast headquarters, allowing for remote work on Mondays and Fridays if desired.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in Marketing, with exposure to digital marketing, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making are crucial.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results amidst competing deadlines is essential.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are a must, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a keen focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Demonstrated interest in website user behaviour and familiarity with the digital marketing landscape.
- Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices is desirable, though not mandatory.
- Experience with SEO analysis and reporting tools such as SEMrush and Search Console, as well as familiarity with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, is highly valued.
- Aptitude for A/B testing and statistical analysis, foundational to conversion rate optimisation principles and methodologies.
