As a UX Designer, you will be focusing heavily on UX research, user personas, customer feedback, wireframes and user journeys across the product.

Flexible working arrangements with an office in Melb CBD - able to work almost entirely from home if you want

Salary $115,000 plus 10.5% Superannuation

12-month fixed-term contract

**Your day-to-day**:
Working across teams to create and solve new challenges that may arise in the education sector

Planning and conducting user research, user journeys, workflows, personas, wireframes and prototype tests for their current product

Ability to demonstrate business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences

Working closely with the Senior Product Manager

Producing quality ideas and solutions to customers and stakeholders

Ability to translate requirements into prototypes, obtain feedback and iterate on the design where necessary

**About you**:
You’ve worked on complex products previously and delivered great user experiences

Experience using Figma or similar design systems

Experience in using design methodologies to solve user problems, improve customer experience and research projects

Ability to engage with internal stakeholders, teams, and customers to identify problems and solutions

A strong portfolio showcasing heavy UX design and research
