An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and innovative UX Manager to join Brandbank Group. In this role, you will enhance the Brandbank online customer experience through exceptional UX and design across all digital touchpoints.

You will report directly to the Head of Digital and work in close collaboration with the broader digital team and key brand stakeholders, driving impactful design strategies that elevate our customer journey across all six brands (Seed Heritage, Unison, Allkinds, Commonry, kikki.K and FINE-DAY).

**THE ROLE**:

- Lead the UX and Design team, providing UX and interface design services across all brand websites and other key digital touchpoints
- Using Figma and other provided tools, create and test design concepts, wireframes, customer journey maps, workflows and prototypes
- Contribute to sales growth through the improvement of e-commerce conversion rates and other key usability metrics
- Maintain all UX & Design-related tickets in Jira
- Work with internal and external development teams to support the delivery of new digital initiatives and features
- Support the delivery of business initiatives through the facilitation of design and discovery workshops
- Development of experience maps, storyboards and wireframes
- Create and manage brand digital style guides and UX patterns to ensure a consistent design language is applied across the digital products
- Build and develop our UX/UI practices and competencies within the Digital Team and direct reports
- Constant research and championing of best practice UX
- On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- 5+ years working in a UX/UI related role at a digital agency or retail/similar environment
- Excellent working knowledge of UX design processes, methodologies and principles
- Strong communication and presenting skills, and the ability to influence outcomes
- Highly skilled use of design tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to carry out and document customer research, such as usability testing
- Strong experience and knowledge of customer journey maps, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, design patterns and guidelines
- Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous projects of all sizes and complexity
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about usability and accessibility, with the ability to translate this into your work.
- Good technical knowledge to understand what is and isn't possible
- The role is based 5 days on-site in a vibrant inner CBD office.
