**Exciting Leadership Opportunity - Team Leader, CAMHS South (Health Clinician Level 4)**
Are you a passionate and experienced mental health professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic and supportive team? Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) South. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and make a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing mental health challenges, including early psychosis.
This is a Multi-Disciplinary role and Graded as the following:
- Nurse Manager Grade 2
- Social Worker Level 4
- Occupational Therapist Level 4
- Senior Psychologist
**About You**
- Qualifications in a mental health-related discipline - Social Work (AASW eligibility), Registered Nurse, Registered Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist (with 3 years of full registration), and a current Australian Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including clinical supervision, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Extensive clinical experience in mental health, child & adolescent mental health, and/or drug and alcohol services.
- Strong partnership-building and negotiation skills across multiple service providers.
**Where You’ll Be Working**
You will be based at Gosford Hospital with travel required to sites across the Central Coast.
