With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a Storage Manager role now on offer in Osborne Park.
**The Role**:
Reporting into the Operations Manager, our Storage Managers form an integral part of our company culture and business success. The responsibilities include:
Deliver and drive consistent, genuine service which adds value to our customers
Achieve monthly sales and KPI targets
Coach and develop our team to success
Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on centre presentation and maintenance
Commit to a safety-first culture, ensuring all compliance and administration tasks are completed to business standards

**About You**:
Your CV lists 1-2 years’ experience within a management role or supervisory role
A proven track record in achieving sale targets and KPI’s
Excellent communication skills matched with the ability to build strong relationships and manage conflict when required
Driver’s license and car
