**What’s the role?**

We cover news as well as the latest in finance, technology, lifestyle, travel, sport and entertainment.

And now we are looking for a reporter who has an interest in world and international news to join our highly-regarded team and help grow audiences.

You would work closely with the news desk to produce content based on the news of the day, with a focus on financial implications that Australians deal with every day, including cost of living, taxation and family budgeting.
- Create accurate, concise and clear news content with a focus on the Australian economy and how this relates to consumers
- Plan and write evergreen content for on-site and SEO opportunities
- Deliver headlines that make readers want to know more
- Work with social, homepage and vertical editors to amplify content.

**Who are you?**
- You have previous reporting and digital newsroom experience
- You have an interest in world news
- You can write to rolling deadlines
- You have an understanding of SEO
- You are an enthusiastic reporter with strong news writing skills
- You have bold ideas on how to grow audience
- You have a collaborative working approach.
