**About You**

You are a dynamic, collaborative & solutions focused People & Capability Advisor, with a passion for providing HR guidance to leaders within a complex business. You will either have experience in end-to-end HR activities or be a recent HR Graduate with some foundational experience at a minimum of HR Coordinator level, seeking your chance to shine. Naturally, you will have the ability to interact and develop strong relationships at all levels and aim to effectively resolve all matters within a reasonable timeframe.

Your engaging approach will see you providing dedicated advisory and case management support to operational leaders and P&C teams, demonstrating best practice HR advice within the employment lifecycle.

**About the Role**
- Flexible Work Arrangements are available in this fixed term contract role, including work from home, and part time arrangements depending on your preferences._
- To be successful in this role, you will have:_
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Proven experience working in a large/enterprise size company or shared services (_preferred not essential_)
- The ability to maintain accuracy, high attention to detail and resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of Australian ER and IR requirements
- Knowledge of HR systems processes and tools (SAP preferred)
- Ability to undertake a 12 month contract term
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
