**The Role**
We’re looking for a professional and customer-focused **Service Receptionist** to join our vibrant team at Brighton BMW. This front-line role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a premium environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and assist customers as the first point of contact for the Service Department
- Assist with service bookings and scheduling with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries promptly
- Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
- Costing and Quoting of Service Repair Orders

**About You**
- Previous experience in a customer service or reception role (automotive preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional phone manner
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Passion for providing an outstanding guest experience
