Dealership Saturday Receptionist

First impressions count We are recruiting a professional and proactive Saturday Receptionist to support our Mercedes-Benz Sales team. As the first point of contact, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both 'over the phone' and 'in person.' 

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome all visitors, creating an exceptional first impression.
• Respond to and direct all incoming phone calls and sales enquiries.
• Ensure visitors are comfortable with refreshments.
• Maintain an accurate customer database.
• Keep the reception, lounge, and other areas presentable (as needed).
• Communicate clearly with customers, suppliers, and couriers.
• Provide general support to the administration and management teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to uphold the highest standards of presentation.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• The ability to work every Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of additional weekday Reception relief work.
• Proven experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills.
• Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments.
• Barista skills would be advantageous but not essential (training will be provided)
