An exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist to work at this multi chair, general practice based in the Brighton area. The role is full time Mon-Fri with a rotational Sat. A day off during the week is provided when weekend work is scheduled.

You will be working alongside 2-3 other Receptionists on a busy reception desk. If you are seeking a challenging role working in fast paced environment then this will be the perfect role.

**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- Meet and greet patients
- Answer calls
- Process payments and manage patient accounts
- Handle patient appointments, accounts and records
- Ensure procedures are followed correctly
- Manage the recall system

**Successful Applicants will have the following**:

- Have exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Have a professional presentation
- Previous dental reception experience essential
- Good understanding of the dental industry
