**About You**
- Proven success or transferrable skills as it pertains to running high volume end to end recruitment processes within the Banking and/or Financial Services industry
- Proven capability to develop deep stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new systems and processes
- Strong level of accountability for partnering with stakeholders and peers
