In the role of Revenue Officer, you will be interpreting and providing information and assistance on revenue, taxation, debt, fines and legislative matters in a client centered environment.
**Your typical day as a Revenue Officer may include**: - Supporting Service Officers as an escalation point for enquiries
- Performing administrative tasks to finalise client interactions
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to keep informed of relevant changes across the revenue lines
- Coaching Service Officers to support technical skills and personal development
You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.
**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate**: - High level interpersonal skills and strong client focus. Ability to build working knowledge of the legislative environment. Experience in contributing towards team outcomes.
This position is based in our Maroochydore office and flexible work options may be requested.
