**Fashion Logistics Coordinator**

As a leading player in the fashion logistics industry, our client understands the importance of efficient logistics in ensuring the timely delivery of products to delighted customers. That's where you come in

**The Role**: As a Fashion Logistics Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our clients supply chain operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Here are some key responsibilities:
**Coordinate and Monitor Supply Chain Operations**:

- Coordinating the end-to-end Logistics process, to shipping final products.
- Work closely with internal and external partners, such as suppliers, retailers, and e-commerce platforms, to ensure orders are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Utilize cutting-edge logistics software and systems to optimize procedures and keep track of inventory.
- Manage a dedicated logistics team of 5, including warehouse workers, drivers, and couriers.
- Resolve any issues or complaints regarding logistics operations to maintain stellar reputation.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation for upper management and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements and Skills**: To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator, preferably in the fashion industry but not essential.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- Manage daily inbound and outbound activities.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in logistics software, especially WMS/SAP systems.
- Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field.

**Required Experience**:

- Experience in a related role dealing with inbound or outbound freight is preferable but not essential.
- A general understanding of logistics.
- Experience in the fashion industry is highly regarded.
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data, especially in Excel.
- Minimum "intermediate" level in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
