**Company**:
Our client is a hugely successful international fashion apparel business. Over the last decade the organisation has expanded to Australia and New Zealand and has consistently demonstrated solid growth through delivery of innovative designs and quality apparel.

**Role**:
Reporting directly to and supporting the Logistics Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating all end-to-end import processes for fashion apparel.

Daily, you will manage delivery windows and shipping requirements planned for freight, maintain strong working relationships with the business' current freight forwarders and 3PL partners to ensure efficiency in stock shipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate end-to-end export/import processes
- Liaise with freight forwarders and transport providers
- Liaise with overseas contacts and suppliers
- Monitor and report statutes on shipments
- Work with our 3PL to ensure smooth delivery
- Receipt goods within KPIs
- Provide customer service and resolution on all issues within the logistics process
- Obtain sea freight quotations
- Qualifying and processing invoices

- Strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of documentation requirements within exportation
- Exceptional ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and prioritise tasks
- Professional ‘can-do’ attitude, with sound analytical and problem-solving skills
