**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate, organised, and collaborative professional to help us bring our Precinct Operations management to a new, best practice level. Experience in an entertainment environment is not essential, we are looking for someone who is customer-service focused with exceptional administrative capability who is looking to develop their skills.

Reporting to the Contract Manager (Presentation Services), in this role you will provide support to the Presentation Services Team. You will work closely with internal staff, Tennis Australia, business partners (including various suppliers to the Presentation Services team, stakeholders and staff that work in the respective work streams), to help drive operational and process improvements.

**Some of the things you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in, in this newly created role**:
Presentation Services Administration Support
- You will learn all aspects of Presentation Services & Precinct Operations as well as play an integral role in the pre-planning and event delivery for the Australian Open.
- We take the presentation of our Precinct seriously and your role will assist in monitoring and achieving high standards by our respective teams.

Australian Open
- Assist with coordination of AO accreditation requirements for M&OP and Business Partner employees and/or contractors.
- Fulfill an operational delivery role within the AO event, as per the Management roster.

Data and Systems
- Support the Presentation Services team by monitoring and tracking compliance, including reporting requirements, deliverables, and performance metrics.
