Team Leader

We are looking for a talented Customer Contact Team Leader : Predominately 5 days per week and every 3rd Saturday (with penalty rates). Part-time = 60 hours minimum fortnight roster. Shifts to Fill are: Need to be able to full fill shifts approx 6.5hrs in length that have a start time at like 10am on weekdays and every 3rd Saturday for 4hrs. A Customer Contact Team Leader will be working from our Springwood Office. As a team leader you will be comfortable with using video, online and phone communication tools with team and our client base to keep us all connected. This role follows the outline of Customer Contact Team Leader in the Contract Call Centre Award. Our team is growing because the business's we are supporting are BUSY and need our help Do you? - Loves providing exceptional customer/patient care, upbeat in working out ways to improve it. - Can you adapt to support team members with different DISC profiles and motivate them to provide their best. - Naturally "In Service" and a little ambitious and have no issues with picking up the phone and engaging with callers. - Experience in sales as you will be talking to potential business owneres of health clinics to utilise or start to use our GOHealth Reception Services. - Experience with complaint management and communicaation - Lead Innovation and change in our operation centres. - Proven education and work history in ongoing training, reviewing of work preformance in staff members and administer in a proactive and progressive manner. - Already proven inbound customer care phone experience or scheduling experience with computer technology, work well in a team and can manage your own work under guidance. - 100% ok with working along side the team to take calls, schedule and co-ordinate which is the fundamental core practice of our business. All team members work together to support our client base. 100% ok with jumping in to assist the team with the fluctuations of work and adhoc requirements and leading by example. - Great listening ears and bringing a team together to feel inclusive, present and engaged with their work and of course BRAVE. - Experienced with work health and safety policy, procedure and Q&A protocols. - Loves scheduling and co-coordinating multi-modality therapists, practitioners and service people around Australia. - Hates doing unnecessary spreadsheets/tasks and not knowing the 'why' to things - Compelled to honor your shift times and take responsibility for your customers and fellow team members. - Willingness to learn - Leadership in a scheduling and leading a team to success is a must. - Education over a Cert IV is a must. - Ok with reading books/ebooks in your own time and investing in your learning and knowledge to improve as a leader and personal self growth. - Has energy and enthusiasm If you love customer care, working in different online customer management systems, keen to learn, has a can do attitude and ready for a challenge with a happy, often funny work environment where the work is all about helping others, never boring and being thankful then please take action.We spend our days welcoming or welcoming back customer calls on behalf of different businesses (mainly holistic health, medical and service businesses) and log into their scheduling tools online and win appointments, reschedule and address cancellations. We are the concierge for callers connecting them with the right practitioners and services who will then pay for services and return bringing their family and friends.
