**About the Role**:
**Your key responsibilities will include**:1. End-to-End Channel Ownership**:

- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Monitor and report on key metrics that supports brand growth and sales.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Take end to end ownership of Nude Lucy’s primary social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Develop and implement channel-specific strategies to drive reach, engagement, followership, and brand loyalty.

**2. Content Creation**:

- Develop and create compelling, on-brand content for Nude Lucy across multiple social media platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & any new emerging social media channels)
- Be able to identify, create, edit and post still life and video content to ensure we are reactive and first to market across our social channels.
- Where required collaborate & brief our graphic designer to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Sample Management:

- Manage product samples, ensuring timely delivery and coordination for photoshoots and promotional activities.
- Work with our brand partners to request & return samples

**3. Reactive to Social Media Trends**:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends on TikTok and incorporate relevant content into the overall social media strategy.
- Leverage TikTok & Meta features and algorithms creatively to enhance brand visibility and resonate with the target audience.

**4. Working with KOLs and Influencers**:

- In collaboration with Nude Lucy’s PR agency, identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers
- Collaborate with Nude Lucy’s PR agency on influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- In collaboration with PR and the marketing manager, plan and execute events with our community of KOLs to support store opening and product launches
- To be successful you will ideally have the following experience / qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on fashion or lifestyle brands
- Live and breathe TikTok & Instagram with your foot always on the pulse
- Strong understanding of fashion culture and trends.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms.
- Experience working with influencers and managing partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reporting and understanding of key social media metrics.
