We have a combined experience of more than 21 years working in the disability and mental health sector. The business foundation is created from a strengths-based and client-centered approach which enables our service delivery to focus on the participants support needs.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Applicants should hold a NDIS Screening Card and Blue Card
- Previous experience work in Disability Sector
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate
- A valid Driver's License

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assist with participant’s physical and mobility requirements in accordance with training provided and the relevant workforce health and safety standard, including transferring of participants.
- Facilitate community inclusion and participation, dependent on individual needs, abilities, and preferences, and support participants to establish and maintain relationships and interests through access to community activities, venues, and services.
- Comply with organizational requirements including, but not limited to, liaison with management, reporting of service issues, completion of documentation, attendance at training, and participation in meetings.
- Liaise with and provide assistance to other Disability Workers, under the direction of the Team Leader.
- Abide by the service communication, reporting, and participant program progress practices and procedures, by maintaining appropriate participant records. And work with participants, family members, and other stakeholders in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- Recognize and uphold the right to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of the person being supported and their family.

Pay: $39.10 - $53.32 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
