Soulcareco Pty Ltd is urgently seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable female Support Worker to assist a 32-year-old female participant living with Epilepsy.

Position Schedule (choose one of the following options):

- Option 1: Monday (9am - 2pm), Tuesday (10am - 3pm), Thursday (10am - 3pm)

OR
- Option 2: Monday (9am - 2pm), Wednesday (10am - 3pm), Thursday (10am - 3pm)

This position is available now and is urgent

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the participant during community access activities
- Accompany her on outings (e.g. cafes, movies, leisure activities)
- Assist with general daily tasks and ensure safety and well-being during outings
- ____________________

**Requirements**:

- Must love animals and have no pet allergies (the participant owns a pet lizard)
- Friendly, patient, and dependable
- Experience with Epilepsy support is highly regarded
- First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Preferably lives near or within the Hills area
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Fluent in English
- Able to complete compliance paperwork at our office
