**YOUR ROLE**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a max term contract working full time hours based in Brisbane with WFH and travel. Start now

Ideally you will have experience recruiting Chefs at all levels and be comfortable working with high volumes of roles. You will thrive in a multitasking environment, be highly resilient and adapt quickly.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation which includes travelling onsite to our remote villages on an ADHOC basis. If you’re passionate about finding the right people to drive organisational success, we would love to hear from you

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute developed recruitment strategies to attract and secure Chefs at all levels to work in remote accommodation villages throughout regional Queensland

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience recruiting Chefs / Catering teams
- Highly resilient and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- An understanding of recruitment processes, tools and best practicesTech savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly
