**Your new company**
Our client is a boutique digital performance marketing agency based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast.

This agency targets medium sized businesses and offers bespoke solutions.

This is a hybrid role, and relocation assistance to the Gold Coast can be discussed.

**Your new role**
As Head of SEO you’ll be responsible for:

- ** Managing 1 direct report, with potential to grow within the next 6 months**:

- ** Supporting the sales team on pitches with new and existing clients**:

- ** Hands on SEO strategies, including on site, off site and technical**

**What you’ll need to succeed**
You’ll need to possess the following skills/experience:

- Experience in boutique agency
- Prior experience and success in a senior SEO role, managing a team of SEO professionals
- Experience with SEO reporting, CMS and web analytics tools (eg. Wordpress, Shopify, Drupal, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, Page Optimiser Pro, Google Analytics, etc)
- Confident presenting in internal and external pitches
