ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you ready to lead and shape the future of content and publishing at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ)? We're looking for a passionate leader to drive the development and implementation of our content and publishing strategy, fostering audience first mindset and creating a engaging, member-focused content across all our platforms.
As the General Manager of Content & Publishing, you'll play a critical role in aligning our content and publishing efforts with CA ANZ's overarching strategic direction. You'll lead a dynamic team across social, communities, publishing, and content creation, optimising strategies across a variety of channels. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, using data-led, member-focused approaches to deliver impactful content that resonates with our diverse audiences.
**You'll have the opportunity to**:

- Lead and develop a high-performing content and publishing team.
- Drive content strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with CA ANZ's business goals.
- Optimise content governance & processes, incorporating the latest digital technologies and AI.
- Support digital transformation efforts and foster a data-first culture across the organisation.
- Manage budgets, ensure resource efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Engage with senior leadership, providing strategic advice and content expertise at all levels.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in developing and executing content, publishing, and multi-channel strategies.
- Expertise in editorial processes, digital production systems, and content governance.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with experience managing complex relationships.
- Knowledge of privacy laws, multimedia publishing, and digital transformation trends.
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (professional certifications in IT service management, project management, or UX/MX are highly regarded).
