Penske Australia is seeking a customer focussed and highly skilled Technical Fleet Support Manager to join our National team. Reporting to the Head of Fleet, this pivotal role is instrumental in reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional aftersales service to our corporate fleet customers.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Manage and improve process to drive a highly rewarding aftersales experience for our corporate fleet customers.
- Act as the key support liaison between the National Fleet Sales team and corporate fleet customers on aftersales and technical matters
- Support the corporate fleet customer service experience, ensuring efficient and timely vehicle repairs and communications with both dealers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the National Fleet Sales team, Regional Technical Managers, and Dealer Network to boost support to fleet operators and aid the growth of our fleet business.
- Maintain call schedule with our corporate fleet customers to ensure a proactive to fleet maintenance and maximum up-time
- Provide expert technical and product support across our authorised Dealer Network.

**About you**
- Highly motivated with positive attitude
- Understanding of the truck and heavy vehicle industry.
- Knowledge of Western Star, MAN and Dennis Eagle truck product ideal; although, not essential (as training will be provided)
- Trade qualifications in truck/engine repair and maintenance and/or relevant industry. experience in truck/engine repair and maintenance.
- HR or HC License or ability to obtain such licence.
- Understanding of heavy vehicle/ engine parts and/or service trade desirable.
- Knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance and service requirements.
- Understanding of warranty processes.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation and mediation skills to resolve conflicts and complaints.
