Dental Receptionist

**Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist**
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated **Dental Receptionist** to be the face of our practice and ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process billing/insurance.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Experience in a dental or medical office is required.
- Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Core Practice, D4W) is beneficial.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Visa and Residency Requirements**:

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- dental: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
