Leichhardt, Australia Children's Allergy Clinic Full time

We are a paediatric specialist clinic in Leichhardt looking for a receptionist to join our team. The practice is a boutique clinic with one paediatric allergy doctor. We will be looking to expand and include other medical and allied health staff on the team, as our practice grows. We are currently looking for staff on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Start date would be the week beginning 5th September

Your role at the practice will include:
Checking in patients
Answering phone calls, booking appointments, passing on messages to relevant staff
Scanning documents, data entry and other general administrative tasks
Invoicing and receipting consultations including Medicare, Easyclaim and Tyro
Preparing and distribution of clinic letters
Maintenance of data integrity and up to date recall databases
Essential Criteria:
Proactive and positive attitude, solution focussed, good rapport with patients and staff and trustworthy
High level of organisational and communication skills
Computer proficiency - we are a essentially paperless practice utilising cloud based software
Experience with Clinic to Cloud / Xestro and Tyro would be favourable
Flexibility with hours
Attention to detail - maintaining accurate records and confidentiality (patient and staff), cleaning work spaces (emptying bins, shredding confidential documents and disposal), stock monitoring and ordering new stock (stationery, medical supplies).

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
