Our opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator to join our Sydney team. You will be responsible for coordinating our Office and industrial Tenants Assisting Contractors across our Integrated Investment Portfolio and Providing assistance to the Technical services and wider Real Estate Operations team.
Your responsibilities are but no limited to;
Provide training to tenants as required on the Tenant Liaison
Centre service request system
Respond to all tenant calls & requests across our Commercial
Properties, ensuring that all actions are recorded in the Tenant Request System.
Monitor and escalate the wider team’s responsiveness KPI’s as required.
Work closely with the Tenant Liaison Centre Manager, assisting when required.
Organise correspondence to tenants and contractors as required
Create Work Orders & Purchase Orders for Contracts and manage asset register
Respond to all Contractor calls and assist with the induction process, escalating to the HSE team as required.
Train the wider team on various systems.
Create and Maintain procedures for the Facility Management Team
Run Monthly Performance Reporting for the team.
Assist with onboarding process for new employees including the administrative and system setups, inductions and training.
Coordinate setting up and amending network account access.
Complete travel arrangements for Tech Services and Facility
Management teams ensuring they are within company policy guidelines.
Carrying out general office duties.
Coordinate Capital Expenditure approvals and maintain documentation on the Capex Register.
Maintaining full coverage of the TLC 24/7
