Overview:
Institutional Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage onboarding of new partners, including:

- Cooperating with IB sales team to negotiate the deal with new partner.
- collecting and verifying onboarding KYC documents
- Obtaining approval from compliance and collaborating with operation department
- Drafting agreements and finalizing the partner onboarding.
- Day to Day support of Partnership Business, including:

- Engaging with existing partners, handling partner inquiries, providing issue resolution and facilitating the process of the sales team and backline teams.
- Involving in partners projects and strategic plan to boost the business result.
- Updating and reconciling partner payments.
- Existing partners business performance monitoring and internal business analysis
- Align with Sales team and stakeholders, be familiar with all data and be revenue driven.
- Fully understand the data from internal report.
- Fully understand and master on internal system including, Salesforce, Meta Manager, IB reporting, G2, and GChub.

Qualifications:
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
- Passionate about sales and delivering the highest possible service to customers
- Creative problem solver, professional, honest and a good team player
- Sales negotiations skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Can learn complex products quickly
- Proactive, KPI-driven representative, able to manage your own client base but driven to source new relationships on own accord
- Self-motivated that likes working to targets
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset to support our customers in the demanding, real-time environment of active trading
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Mandarin and English language proficiency
