SSKB is a privately owned strata management company with offices throughout the East Coast of Australia We are currently seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an IT Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for all help desk queries, ensuring that all computer systems work seamlessly. You will ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructures to minimise unplanned downtime on a day-to-day basis.

You will answer IT queries and provide support to internal staff as well as maintain and service company servers, WAN, LAN, multi-function printers, and VPNs. You will also be responsible for conducting IT onboarding of new employees and ensure all equipment, IT, and software access occurs before the new employee commences. You will assist with and attend meetings and manage meeting room setups.

You will be required to travel to all sites and perform proactive auditing and maintenance of all IT equipment. Your strong customer service skills will be required to check on all IT related issues and ensure that they are resolved quickly and efficiently. As part of a small team, you will receive on-going support from the IT Manager.

**About You**

You will have a passion for IT and a proven track record of managing IT systems. You will also have:

- Experience in Microsoft server environments, including Active Directory, Hyper-V, and security principles.
- General windows desktop experience, O365 environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication and time-management skills to ensure all service level standards are met with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
