Part Time Credit and Collections Specialist

**General**:
The Spin Master Australia Credit Collection Analyst will be a key contributor to Spin Master Australia CC Finance team. The Collection Analyst must be a motivated team player, highly numerate analytical, possess strong communication skills and responsible for the company collection and accounts receivables integrity, credits and payments of every client and developing positive relations inside and outside the company assuring the accurate and high quality of the process.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Review AR aging report and provide manager with weekly status report, determining final resolution for account.
- Managed a customized collection system, which provided documenting, scheduling, tracking and billing for both clients and debtor contact.
- Responsible for Sales Allowances administration and controls (Vendor agreements, Mark downs, commercial discounts)
- In conjunction with and under direction from Manager, complete reconciliation of sub ledger and general ledger including preparation of month-end general ledger entries to appropriate budgets.
- Analyze every client’s payments according to bank movements,
- Check support documentation of credit notes made it in SAP.
- Updated and sustained data for existing customers and entered credits accordingly, correcting account discrepancies
- Generation of monthly statements for all direct independent customers, to ensure timely reconciliation and payment from those customers, taking into account any OA deductions, as well as settlement terms
- Answer customer inquiries as directly by manager, in a prompt and efficient manner
- Provide customers invoices, statements and other information relating to ensuring prompt payment

**Required Qualifications Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 years prior Credit and Collection process experience.
- Excellent computer skills including expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with ERP system(s). Experience in SAP is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management skills
