**About the role**:
You will work as part of a small team providing support to our Payroll Manager who is based in NZ. You will be managing the end-to-end payroll process for our Australian companies across multiple pay groups, using multiple payroll software’s. In this role, you will also work closely with the HR Team and our business units, to receive and update employment documentation for payroll processing. Some of your other key responsibilities will be to
- Manage end to end payroll process for Australian companies, ensuring payroll files are accurate, and robust records are maintained on a secure network.
- Own payroll processes, including timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees. Establish and maintain robust protocols.
- Ensure compliance with payroll-related legislations - e.g Aus Fair work and relevant Awards and collective agreements
- Contribute to the functioning of a high performing team through providing back up and support to colleagues, collaborating and sharing knowledge and promoting active professional development
- Ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and resolved within a timely manner while always delivering a high quality of service.
