**Job Highlights**
- The primary task of the Facilities Coordinator is to ensure the effective day to day coordination of facilities and maintenance activities for the Lockheed Martin Australia (LMA) South Australian Corporate Offices in Mawson Lakes and Adelaide. Specifically, the Facilities Coordinator will perform tasks related to the overall management and operation of facilities, including energy management, maintenance, accomplished through subcontractor and vendor agreements.
You will support the corrective maintenance program, including building or plant repairs or replacement. Undertake preventative maintenance planning, scheduling and implementation with support from the LMA Maintenance Lead. Another key task is to monitor work performed by vendors and subcontractors; determining adequacy of work relative to job scope, and recommend corrective actions, as required. You will also ensure all escorting requirements are met in alignment with LMA Security expectations.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Ensure timely response to Facility help desk requests managed through LMBuildings
- Escorting and overseeing facility contractors in unclassified and classified areas including induction of contractors
- First response for facilities issues
- Maintain and support site valet services as required including but not limited to coffee machines, office and kitchen supplies
- Undertake minor repairs and maintenance work as required
- Undertakeall aspects of site property, facility and plant corrective and preventative maintenance and support, including conducting rounds and tracking all facilities issues, including maintenance, asset management, cleaning and pest control to completion
- Assist with scheduling of contractors, approvals and maintaining facilities documentation including cost tracking schedules and defects registers as required
- Liaise with Procurement to obtain quotations, and source approvals and purchase orders
- Liaise with ESH for any work health and safety related issues
**About you**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service focused approach to service delivery
- Hands on experience in coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance works
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Maintenance Management systems
- Strong day-to-day tradesman/contractor management experience
- Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks
