Experienced **Legal Assistant/Personal Assistant's - **are you looking for a new opportunity at a **top-tier law firm?**

Moss & Co have partnered with an international Law firm on the recruitment of a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary opportunity supporting at Partner level.

You will work alongside this Partner ensuring the smooth running of their practice & provide secretarial support to a small team.

Your responsibilities may include;
- Diary Management
- Organisation of meetings, coordinating the team
- Preparing Legal Documents & correspondance
- Assisting with client queries - liaising with clients
- Billing & reporting
- Ad hoc Administrative duties

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant within a law firm, ideally to Partner level due to the nature of this team.
