**Legal Assistant **to

**It's all about you...**
As the In-house Legal Assistant you will be a key member of the Legal Team. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
If you pride yourself on your ability to be one step ahead, you'll definitely relish this opportunity to use your initiative on a daily basis as assume responsibility for;
- assist with administrative tasks allocated by the Legal team
- set up, organise, manage and maintain the Legal department's data management software, electronic filing systems and legal documents
- type, proofread and edit legal documents
- assist site teams with respect to legal matters
- manage incoming calls and mail (and drafting responses where required)
- communicate verbally and in writing in response to enquiries and provide information regarding legal matters
- other ad hoc and general administrative tasks as required on a daily basis

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
- experience in a similar role working for Senior Management or a Legal Department - administration experience is a MUST
- **high proficiency with MS Word** including formatting, proof reading and editing documents
- well developed inter-personal and communication skills
- intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- excellent time management and organisational skills
- initiative and flexibility
