We're currently recruiting for several roles based in Oakleigh, Sunshine, Werribee and Pakenham, so if you're keen to make that move and want to enjoy all the benefits of working close to home, look no further

Primarily you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive support to 1 or 2 Fee Earners, however, you'll also be given the opportunity to use your initiative and take on additional responsibilities.

**Some of your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- preparation of legal documents and general correspondence
- diary management and arranging appointments
- prepare and collate Court documents
- management of client files
- extensive client liaison
- preparation of bills and assisting with associated costs

**Our client is seeking Legal Assistants with previous experience in Personal Injury law, plaintiff or defendant, or in general litigation. You will also have;**
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- a strong client service focus
- a sound knowledge of MS Office
- great attention to detail
- the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- a positive and pro-active team attitude
