**GHD **is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated **Bid Pursuit Leader **to help us build on the success of our company.

Working with various stakeholders across **GHD’s South Queensland **business, you will support and promote a winning culture across our region and the wider business to secure projects across all GHD market sectors.

Working with multiple stakeholders this busy and exciting position has great variety and will see you involved in:

- Leading the bidding efforts to position for and win major projects and contracts.
- Champion implementation of winning work framework and toolkit
- Work with South Queensland Market Leaders to successfully pursue and convert key business opportunities for the Region.
- Provide strategic direction to pursuit teams, working collaboratively to prepare capture plans, document evidence, synthesise complex information and develop winning strategies for major bids that address client needs.

**What would you bring to the team?**
- 5+ years' experience in Bid pursuit
- Ability to influence and lead others
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with the ability to distil and synthesise complex information and a strong judgement, decisiveness and bias for action
- Strong team development and relationship building skills
- Tertiary qualified
