Seeking an experienced Scheduling Officer

This locally know Facility Management company is a leading provider of asset management, facilities maintenance and project management services across a multitude of industries. They are currently in need of a Scheduling Officer to become apart of their family

**Your new role**
- Scheduling Officer duties include but not limited to:

- Contact clients to schedule appointments
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Provide information and advice on appointments
- Provide feedback about customer experiences to managers.
- Administrative duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
An ideal Scheduling Officer will require:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on their own and part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competent computer and data-entry skills If
