Your new company is a prominent Victorian State Government department, whose responsibilities and work have a long-lasting and genuine impact on the quality of life for all citizens in Victoria.

**Your new role**
This role will assist in analysing customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. They will assist the Director, SM&T with digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, future customer-journey mapping, organisational assessments, high-level architecture assessments and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. Once the businesses needs have been understood, this role will assist with the formulation of the strategy into an official compilation with clear objectives, recommendations and key findings.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing to C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in defining, documenting and presenting digital or enterprise technology strategies
- Experience in data strategy - particularly governance - expertise with data storage, protection, structure and enablement.
- Develop insights and recommendations through data analysis, market and ethnographic research, design thinking, customer interviews, other techniques.
- Experience architecture — assess customers’ technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage. Recommend new solutions, integrations, and use cases to enable improved customer experiences.
- Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology, CRM (ideally Salesforce)
