As the Fleet Service and Hardware Manager at ARIO, you will play a crucial hands-on role across your designated region in supporting effective maintenance of our fleet, and the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. Your responsibilities will be varied and will encompass overseeing inventory management, supporting supply chain activities, and the development, implementation and enforcement of safety systems. You will provide support to hardware and mechanics through training and process optimisation to maximise the reliability and performance of our fleet. Ario is a dynamic startup business in an exciting and fast paced industry, and as such you may be asked to travel and from time to time undertake tasks within your capability but outside of what is listed in this JD.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Hardware Reliability:

- Through process of continuous improvement and root causer analysis, Implement and monitor processes to target high reliability outcomes for our fleet.
- Lead investigations into hardware failures and incidents to identify root cause, providing reports and improvement recommendations.
- Develop processes and provide training to mechanics to optimise performance, quality and high throughput.

Inventory Management:

- Supervise and maintain accurate inventory records of all micro-mobility products and spare parts.
- Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor stock levels and reorder supplies based on demand planning and expansion needs.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize stock levels and ensure timely availability of products.

Shipping and Receiving:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline transportation processes and minimize delays.
- Verify the accuracy, quality and quantity of received products, resolving discrepancies promptly.

Warehouse Optimisation:

- Support development and implementation of efficient warehouse layouts to maximise safety and space utilisation.
- Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes to enhance overall safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with other departments.

Safety and Compliance:

- Promote and enforce safety protocols to create a secure a safe working environments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate warehouse personnel, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
- Conduct performance reviews as requested and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development and growth of the team.

Reporting:

- Provide periodic reports as requested on hardware performance metrics, including key performance indicators such as mean time to failure, fault types and failure modes.
- Support reporting on compliance metrics including training, safety and and related indicators, identifying areas of improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
